2nd Reveal Mop in as many months

I love the Reveal mop when it works. Even after the fact my first one didn’t work properly after only a handful of times (the lever/trigger would get stuck and not spray), I purchased a second one thinking I was just unlucky with the first one. Now after only a week of purchasing my second Reveal mop the lever is yet again not working properly. I’m very disappointed and frustrated.
Rubbermaid - please address this problem as the product itself is very useful and efficient when working!! :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great mop

I bought my revel a year ago, it worked great, no complaints. We had a house fire and so its been in storage for 6 months, just got it back. The bottle is leaking bad and the little scrubber pad is missing. I found the bottles replacement but would love to find the pad too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

stopped spraying

This is the second mop I have purchased. The sprayer both times stopped working. Seems like there are many complaints about this happening. I love the mob when it worked. It was great to use your own solution and it was nice and big and easy to use Guess I have to shop around for a different product.

I loved this mop. But the sprayer just stopped working. Arrggg. I clean houses for a living and this is the second reveal mop I've had to buy because of this issue.

Second Rubbermaid spray mop purchased in 4 years

I have to say I absolutely love this mop! So much that the first time I bought it it broke in 18 months that I just bought another one without a thought, but now my second one I purchased the sprayer broke this week! I am so bummed because when it is working it is amazing, but I need better quality.
