Love this mop

Bought this mop to replace a rag mop. Absolutely love it. Saves money time and the environment. The only problem I have now is that it stopped spraying. i have cleaned, let it air and still it won't spray. I am dismayed as this mop is not cheap!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are very sorry to hear of the problem you are experiencing with your Reveal Mop.
If a waxy cleaner was used in the mop, it may have clogged the sprayer or the reservoir of the mop. We suggest running the spray nozzle on the mop under hot water to clean it, and run hot water through the reservoir to remove the waxy build up.
If this does not fix the problem with your mop, or a waxy substance wasn't used and the mop stopped spraying, we ask that you please call our Consumer Service Department at 888-895-2110, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET.

Great for all cleanups

I used the Swifter mop for pet mess and foot print cleanup on my tile floors between regular cleanings, and it was fine.
However this is AWESOME! NO batteries required, and I can make my own solution. I have two mops, one for pet cleanups and one for regular cleanups like scuff marks, etc due to making my own solution for pet urine elimination and one for general use.
Swifter solution left a residue on my tile. My own solution doesn't. Bigger mop area on the Rubbermaid as well!
Greener for the environment. I bought extra pads to use as needed.
I had wished Swifter had created a mop like this! Rubbermaid beat them to it! LOVE this mop!

This mop doesn't leave streaks on ceramic or hardwood! Steam mops do not even compare to this mop and it's $100.00 cheaper!! Love it!!

Best Spray Mop

This spray mop was easy to put together. I like you can use your own cleaning solution. The cloths that come with it are durable & with a hard push gets the grime off the floor whether it is tile or wood. I like also that you can throw the cleaning cloths in the washing machine & that they have 100 washes. Great product.

Broke after 3 months

I bought this product and loved it, however today it snapped off at the handle and I was able to see how poorly constructed it was. Where all of the turning and pressure rests is just a very thin plastic area. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this mop!!!! I love the fact I can use my own solution with it. I also like that you don't have to but the mop refills, you just wash it! I have recommended it to several of my friends and family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving the Rubbermaid Reveal Mop! The pads are are great.... they do a better job then I thought they would. Love the fact theat they are washable. The mop itself is lightweight and pretty strong. Overall I am pleased with the mop.
