Works Great

I bought this mop last weekend. I was using a competitor's mop. It's bottle would collapse, sometimes the spray handle would stop working properly or the plastic where the pad attaches would curl! If this mop lasts a year, I will be happy. It was so inexpensive buying one once a year is worth it compared to my old mop. The most frustrating thing about my old mop is that the bottle would start collapsing as the fluid was used. This one must let in a little air somehow. I went ahead and gave 5 stars for quality and durability because I felt for how inexpensive it is, those features are in line with the price. My previous mop cost twice as much and did not work from the start as well as this one. I also like that I don't have to assemble it like my previous mop. No assembly required!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it, except...

I have had this mop for over a year, and have absolutely loved it, but recently something has gone wrong with either the refill bottle or the mop itself. I can still spray from the bottle, but as I mop, my cleaning solution runs out and puddles on the floor, and soaks the cleaning pad until I am walking on a lake of cleaning solution, and there is none left in the bottle. I have been looking for a new Reveal spray mop to replace the faulty one, but have had a hard time finding one!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaks all over

Just bought a couple of months ago and it was working great! I actually enjoyed cleaning my floors! Now the bottle won't go all the way in and it leaks the cleaner all over the place. I can't figure out what changed as it looks perfect...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works Great! My back no longer kills me.

We just had our hardwood floors refinished and was searching for a better option to clean them. Our house has over 1500 sq ft of hardwoods and in the past it was a back breaking endeavor to mop. Im so glad I purchased this product! It cut the time to mop in half! And in the process it spared my back. Fill the sprayer with a cap of Murphys oil soap. Awesome. Thanks for making such a well Designed product.

The bottle gasket breaks

I used this mop for a few months and liked it; however, it started to leak while I was mopping. I noticed that the gasket ring had stretched out of shape, so I used a gasket that I had with some other assorted gaskets, that looked to be the right size. The bottle still leaked. I ordered a new replacement bottle, only to find when I picked it up that someone had removed the gasket. I guess the gasket needing to be replaced is a common problem. On speaking with my daughter this morning, I found out that she has the same issue with her mop. I have been unable to find another replacement bottle at a reasonable price - it costs as much for the bottle as for the whole mop. Very disappointed.

Bought two- both brine

I love this mop except for one thing. It's clogs then is useless. I love that u can use your own solution, but this is the second one I have had clog, and I tried cleaning it out myself to no avail. When I looked up online how to fix it it involved taking the whole thing apart. Beyond my skill level.

Won't spray

I bought this a month ago and was happy to find a quick mop where I could use my own cleaning solution and reusable pads. My excitement soon faded as the spray trigger only worked a handful of times and now won spry the cleaning solution! Waste of money, back to schlepping a regular mop!!

Convenient to use, but bottle vacuum is a problem

As you use the spray function, the bottle does not let air back in so it starts squeezing in on itself and will stop or have trouble spraying until you take the bottle off, open the lid to re-shape the bottle to let air in, then continue using it. You can't get through a whole bottle of any kind of cleaner without stopping numerous times to release the vacuum. What looks like an air vent hole in the bottle cap would need a long tube on it to actually do anything. I'm surprised i don't see this problem mentioned in any other reviews.
I would recommend this to a friend!
