Does not work

The bottle leaks constantly.
I have to remove the bottle when I store it or keep the whole thing in the shower because it leaks so badly. And, if you have to take the mop off, you'll need a beach towel for the leakage. This unit is not worth the hassle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaky Boat Syndrome

When we first got our Spray Mop, we were absolutely delighted but now in just a few months it leaks like a broken dam. To have such a potentially great product hindered by such a fundamental flaw ( reported to a very large extent) is extremely disappointing on many counts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't waste your money!

The trigger gets stuck and stops working after only using it a few times. My daughter had one, same problem. Rubber Maid should refund everyone's money. Defective product.

Great Idea but quit working very quickly

The handle won't pull back to spray the solution. Have tried everything but taking it apart because I ready it was a one hour repair

Love it Hate it Relationship!

I honestly love this mop. I own a small home cleaning business and your product does the job....Unfortunately every 4-6 months I find myself having to buy another one ... I only use it 3 days a week so this doesn't seem right. It's either the handle trigger or the bottle. This time it was the bottle again. I've replaced the bottle, cleaned the nozzle...stood on my head to get it to work lol. I don't want to change mops but I'm getting very frustrated having to repurchase constantly. Please help me and fix the flaws?

I want to love it but it is problematic!

I have purchased 2 of these. The first one's spray handle broke after a few months.
The second one is unusable due to leaking. I want one that will keep working over 2 months! It is so handy and easy to use for quick clean ups. I am considering purchasing another brand though due to replacement costs.

Very handy in my business

Bought nearly 2 years ago and still going strong. Had a problem with the sprayer for awhile but discovered I was putting in too much Pine Sol which caused foaming in the sprayer mechanism. Now I fill with water and just put about a tablespoon of Pine Sol and haven't had the problem since. I use it throughout the day to mop up sweat at my gym. Only problem now if the hook on the handle broke so I cannot hang it up anymore. Wish I could come up with a way to repair it. I have 3 mop heads and rotate them out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
