Best Mop Ever!

I purchased this mop to do my ceramic floors and I love it so much that I purchased another one for my hardwood floors - that way I don't have to bother switching solutions for the floor I'm doing. The mop is very sturdy and the fiber pad really does pick up a lot of dirt. I swept the floor first and when I mopped it even more pet hair, dust was picked up. This really is a great mop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst purchase ever

I purchased the reveal a few months ago. While I was cleaning my kitchen floor the mop broke apart and I was not able to put it back together because the plastic parts just broke off. I have used other products similar to the reveal and never had a problem. It seemed like a good purchase at the time, but it sure wasn't. I will go back to my original cleaning products. Also, a friend of mine bought the reveal and the same thing happened to her. You need to improve your product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exactly what I was looking for

I used to use the Chlorox ready mop and found that it would drip from the sprayer. Also, I didn't like how the cleaning solution left a film on my hardwood and tile floors and I'd have to damp mop to remove it making for double work.
I love how easy the Reveal mop is. I can pop on a new pad when I need, very easy to switch. It is also great how I can just wash the pads and not have to worry about running out of replacement pads. Also, I have 2 new puppies and am leery of using heavy chemicals around them, so I love how I can use my own solutions. Its just easy to follow their little pawprints around the house. I also love using it for quick damp mopping when I know someone is coming over to visit. I gets all the dust and hair easily on the hardwood and tile without having to pull out a quick vac.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Purchase!

I had gone to the store with the intention of purchasing a Swiffer Wet Jet. I had reservations with the price of the proprietary refill solution and the disposable cleaning pads. I was desperate, since we just moved to a townhouse with hardwood floors on entire lower level and we have two small dogs that track in dirt and mud leaving my new floors looking awful.
I saw this mop and immediately thought FINALLY! No disposable cleaning pads and no expensive chemicals!
I always wipe up large messes first (or spot spray with pre-mixed solution and let it sit for a few minutes), use my Dyson to clean up all debris and then I use this mop to surface clean. I use a small amount of PineSol and hot water and this mop does wonders on the hardwood and also the tile in the bathrooms!!!
I do wish that it had an automatic spray. Continuously using the spray trigger makes my hand cramp. If it is not in a more upright position it will spray rather haphazardly. I am not very tall (5'6) and it is kind of awkward using the spray trigger in this position.
The large mop head covers a large area making cleaning the floors a quick chore. It has a small profile and stores away easily. I rinse out the cleaning solution after a couple uses to avoid clogging the spray nozzles.
I have read some reviews that the mop broke. Mine does not seem to have any issues yet but it is not intended to scrub your floors! If you use this product as intended it work GREAT!!

Reveal Mop

We have been using this mop for a number of months. We had previously used a Swiffer Wet-Jet. The reusable pad and ability to refill with our preferred cleaning solution are definitely positives. I have two problems with the unit: (1) the mop head disconnects at the swivel joint. I can re-attach it, but it is annonying. I am planning on drilling it out and putting in a bolt. (2) After squeezing the trigger, the unit does not immediately release the vacuum. I must wait for up to 30 sec. for the trigger to again be usable. I have tried cleaning the nozzle, but to no avail. This is VERY annoying and results in the job taking significantly longer than it should. I also feel that I am not applying as much cleaning solution as I would like.
Overall, great concept, but it needs some additional fine-tuning.

Please Make a Smaller Version!

I love the concept, I love the mop. I have not had any problems with it except for the fact that the mop head is to big, well to long to be exact. I own a small house and it is simply to large for my floors! I imagine there are others out there with smaller houses or apartments that would agree with me. I am a housekeeper and have several clients I have purchased reveal mops for, each of of them that have large home and I continue to use each one and love them. I have tried using the reveal mop in the smaller homes of my clients and it is way to big. If you made a smaller version about half the size, that would be perfect for smaller home owners (like me) and for apartment dwellers.

Living with Dogs

Living with dogs I need to mop almost daily; while the wet swiffers worked well I would be chintzy with them because they are so expensive; and not good for the environment with throwing away the clothes....I love my Reveals Spray Mop; using it daily and putting in whatever solution I choose; usually adding a few drops of essential oil like Tea Tree Oil to freshen up the room. Love It! The floor is dry within a few minutes and it is so easy to use....good job guys!

The sprayer keeps getting clogged. I can't mop all the kitchen floor before it clogs. I love rubbermaid products but worst mop ever.
