Sprayer gets stuck

Like one of the other customers,I really want to love this product. The sprayer just gets stuck and it won't spray. I use a separate sprayer bottle right now. I spray with a separate bottle, then mop with the Reveal. It's annoying. I didn't save my receipt but have been reading there is a year warranty on this spray mop. Not very satisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans great but the sprayer doesn't always work

I actually have two of these. The older model and the newer one. I was hoping with the newer model rubbermaid would fix the sprayer issue but it doesn't appear as so. I previously used a swifter and I must say I love that with this mop you can wash the pads but at least with swifter the cleaner spray is not an issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reveal spray mop

This is the second one is bought. SPRAYER DIED AFTER 3 USES. great mop if the cheaplyrics made sprayer worked.

Poor Trigger Design

We bought this mop about 3 weeks ago and used it once and it was great. The second time we took it out to mop up the trigger wouldn't work and it basically became a glorified dry Swiffer. We dumped the bottle on the ground and mopped up the water that way. USELESS. Poor design.

bottle collapses

Weak Cleaning

Have had this mop a couple of years and use it regularly. No problems with the spray system, the pad is nearly worn out. Big problem is it doesn't seem to clean my wood floors. Very little dirt seems to wash out when cleaning and the floors aren't clean with visible spots, especially in the kitchen. Checked this by using a clean white wet towel to clean after mopping and the towel turns dirty very quickly.

We suggest to not use Bleach or Fabric Softener when machine washing the Reusable Mop Pad. Use of Bleach or Softener may weaken the performance of the Mop Pad overtime. We hope that this helps! Thanks for choosing Rubbermaid!

Better than swiffer (2 years of use)

Roommate moved out and I had to get another one of these. It's the only product on the market I can find with the scrubber on the front for stepped on food or weird cr@p on your floor, and it uses non proprietary refillable solution bottle. Cost effective, and high utility per square inch of this product. I used it for 2 years and the trigger never had any issues like some are reporting, but I'll know to use some plumbers grease on the unit if it has some thanks to other reviewers. I went out of my way to find another one of these as the swiffers are too flimsy and just don't cut it (and don't have a scrubber).
TL;DR
Works very well, cost effective, looks nice too.
I'm critical of products, but this one seems well thought out and implemented. I'm shocked to see so many bad reviews. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Problem with spray trigger

I bought this mop and absolutely loved it. Even purchased 2 for my daughters. I have had mine for about 8 mos and went to use it the other day and the sprayer doesn't work. I don't know if there is something that can be done to remedy this problem but I am reluctant to purchase another one as I don't want the same thing to happen in a few months. If anyone can tell me how to fix this problem, I am all ears.
