Would be a great product if it worked

As with many other people reviewing this product, I love the concept - use your own solution, washable mop head - but within months of purchasing it, the spray mechanism broke. We have one for our home and one for our small business, and the same thing happened to both.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

We've used this mop about five times with good results. Tried to use it today and the cleaning solution just ran out of the bottle, through the vent hole. Really annoying.

Easy to use

Not long after buying the spray trigger would not reset. Had to bang on floor to get trigger tension to spray

I LOVE this mop

For use when it works...I LOVE this mop! I love how it works, I love the pads and how easy they wash up...However, the spray mechanism keeps breaking. You spray and then you have to wait a long delay before it lets you spray again. It is just worked for 2 months... I'm disappointed.

Best mop I have ever owned.

This thing turns on a dime, I fill the bottle with water to rinse the floor soap I spray on from another bottle (we have pets).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy mopping

I LOVE this mop! I bought it several years ago. It's so easy to use. You don't have to clean a mop head after you mop - just pull the pad off and throw it in the washing machine. It works great on laminate and vinyl floors because you can control how much water and cleaner you spray on the floor. I have other mops that I use as well but this one is my favorite. It's super quick and easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
