best Mop Ever

This has to be the top mop money can buy. It is durable and works great. I have actually enjoyed mopping since getting this. The convenience far outweighs any other and I use it for the whole house. I keep a couple of the microfiber pads so I can always have a clean one, these are really heavy duty and stand up to any mess or situation. This mop really cleans the floor very well. I highly recommend it to anyone, well worth it. Rubbermaid went way out for this and made an excellent product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The connection from the handle to the pivoting point constantly falls off when it is pulled back! I really think the design is the worst I have ever seen!

I love this mop. I am constantly trying to keep my dark hardwood floors looking clean and streak free with a busy family with a dog with dirty little feet. This mop allows me to use my own hardwood floor cleaning solution and I haven't had any problems with the mop or sprayer. Excellent purchase!

Seriously, this is an amazing cleaning tool. They have taken everything that's great from the competition, and fixed everything that was awful (i.e. buying their expensive cleaning solution and pads replacing batteries, small cleaning pads).
I bought the mop and an extra pad, and that will be all I ever have to spend on it.
It's easy to use and cleans great. All other mops are now a thing of the past.
p.s. I also used it to clean the front of my appliances. They're now sparkly clean and it took just a few seconds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sprayer not working

We just purchased the Reveal Spray Mop put a cleaning solution in the container place it on the mop (with a click). Pulled the trigger (a couple hundred of times) and nothing ever sprayed out of the nozzle. Did we do something wrong?

A great idea and worked well for about 6 months. The bottle has collapsed and will not spray. This mop came with only one bottle and I see that they have added another bottle with purchase, so they must have known about the problem. Have been unable to find a bottle at the store where I purchased it (home depot), of course. If companies would only offer replacement parts for their products at the store where purchased, we would be loyal customers forever. I find this beyond annoying as I now have to go back to swiffer or purchase an entirely new mop.

Waste of money - doesn't work

I recently purchased the Reveal spray mop and was excited about the option of using my own products and not having to continually buy replacement pads. However, I was quickly disappointed as the mop NEVER worked. I spent over 30 minutes priming the handle, removing and replacing the bottle and trying every trick I could find online without any success. From the reviews I have found online this seems to be an issue - even if it works when you buy it the pump quickly fails. It would be cheaper to buy swiffer cleaning products for the tools I already have than to have to buy a new mop every other month.
