Need to improve the structure of Product!@

I love the concept of the mop, but the mop split right up the seam that holds the bottle in place.

Mop head breaks off

This is the second one that the mop head just broke off....I will not replace it again. The concept is great...but the lifespan is short.

I have had mine for about two and a half years, the first one's handle broke after about 6 months. I still like this one, only have one problem with it: the bottle is really hard to remove. That's how the first one broke: I pulled so hard on the bottle that the collar broke and then the handle itself. There must be some way to keep this from happening, maybe screw the bottle in? I also bought two more pads so that I will always have a clean one, and one extra bottle with a different cleaning solution in it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really love this mop. The only reason I didn't give it 5 * is that the spray lever keeps having problems. This is my third mom. The 1st one the stick broke. I was scrubbing too much but now they have a scrubber on it. The next one the sprayer had problems right away. This last one has the same problems with the sprayer but I am making due. I wish they would fix that issue an then it would get a 5* for sure.

Mop great but bottle collapses

Have used for one year. As solution in bottle depletes, bottle collapses. It is difficult to squeeze empty bottle back to original position.

very happy with this product love the way it get under things so easily and its so lite and I love that you take the pad off and wash it and that I can use my own cleaner.
