sprayer stops spraying?

I love the mop but the sprayer keeps losing air so the trigger just will stop working not sure if i should be cleaning the head where the water bottle connects.. this is my second one that has done this.. so after a bit you can't spray at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

2nd mop broken...

My wife and I were looking for an easier way to keep our tile and hardwood floors clean...in comes RUBBERMAID reveal mop to save the day...initially it worked flawlessly until it broke at the mop head/handle connection. I could not find my receipt and thought it was a fluke and purchased a new and improved model, plus I had extra micro fibre cleaning pads. Well the second one seemed to be sturdier at the handle/head connection, however, it just broke at the trigger mechanism/handle. Disappointed more in myself for purchasing this item again...unfortunately it is of poor quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not too long ago I purchased the Reveal spray mop and the bottle has collapsed itself. How do I get a new one and for how much and where?

I bought my mop 3+ years ago and have had no problems with it at all.
Our entire first floor is hardwood and we have two dogs so it gets used a lot. I like the fact that I can choose/make the products to clean my floors depending on how dirty they are and that it's all washable. Beats the daylights out of the competition.. plus saves it me money and I'm not adding to the landfill.

Love this mop

I have the older version of this mop for my piano finish wood floors and could not be happier! I've used other spray mops but most required pre-made solutions and they left my floors cloudy. I mix vinegar, alcohol & water in this mop and my floors sparkle. The only problem I have is that the o-ring around the bottle has stretched and now I can't find a replacement bottle! Guess I'll see if I can find an o-ring. I haven't had a single problems with this mop holding up - I have 2 german shepherds who love to "help" clean and this mop has held up great to their abuse!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The mop spray have problem

I bought this one month ago at shopping center...I just use it for few times only...but the spray have problem...it was like the water cannot spray out...is it can send back to the office to repair or what?

Bought the machine a month ago, now it does not work, will not buy another. My husband fixed the problem, too bad your designers could not come up with a solution for your machine.
