Poor durability for Reveal mop/poor warranty

I bought my Reveal mop about 2 years ago. The head has just broken off the shaft because the little plastic bits the hold it on have sheared off. This is poor design - it should last much longer than 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It worked really well for the first few uses, then the little Velcro sticky pads on the mop base stuck to the scrubbing pad instead of to the mop. Now there is no way to attach the pads to the mop. Very disappointed. There needs to be a more permanent way to attach the pads that won't fail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Reveal Mop "velcro" attachment points for the cleaning pads are not detachable as they are molded into the plastic; they cannot be removed from the mop head without breaking the plastic.

Great design but does not work

Bought a rubbermaid mop three months ago looked great as I was able to refill the bottle. Liked the idea but mop stopped spraying product out of mop. I checked for blockage none found. Was forced to go out and buy another one as I do not like the swiffer wet mop. You would think that rubbermaid would use people's comments and feedback to resolve existing problems with this product to avoid negative comments regarding this matter or issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This mop is fantastic! I'm puzzled to see all the negative reviews! I have been using it for, 4-5 months for my home cleaning business and no issues but the fact that it works so great! Makes mopping quick and easy. And I haven't been all that gentle with it either, still holding up great. I bought the newest version so maybe its been improved on by all the comments?
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had two of the previous model (without the scrubber head). They both broke after a few months of use. I got the new model with the scrubber head and it has been rock solid. The pump handle return could still use some improvement as sometimes you have to wait a few seconds before you can do subsequent pumps.

I purchased the Reveal mop. The pump stopped working on the second use. This seems less than satisfactory.

Fix The Weak Link Rubbermaid Engineers!

Bought this mop and it worked great until like everyone else is saying it broke at the weak point where the bottle and the handle meet. Snapped right off. Really disappointing because it was great to be able to use any cleaner I wanted and have a washable cleaning pad. Fix the weak link Rubbermaid engineers and you will have a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
