Trigger stopped working within the first few weeks

When I first saw this mop I was so excited unfortunately the trigger stopped working within the first few weeks and it also started leaking. Not very happy with this product. I did contact Rubbermaid, hopefully they will get back to me with some answers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What happened to sprayer?

Bought one. Thought it was great. Within a few months sprayer did not work. Put it on floor and one good squirt/ spray then virtually nothing For the next 5 min. Then one spray again. Frustrating. Checked for blockage. Nothing

Wish this product had diposable pads as well. I use a combo of other brands and have to make the disposable pads fit. I have a pet and to wash the pads over and over does not work for me. Consider a disposable, PLEASE

This is a great mop!!!!
I have had problems with it, But now it is working great!!!
The trigger was sticking!!! It would stay up so you could not use it for about 8 seconds, then it drop and you could use it again. ( AND YES I WOULD BUY ANOTHER 1 OR MORE AGAIN !!!) SOME TIMES YOU HAVE TO ( WORK) WITH THING TO MAKE THEM WORK !!! SO DONT GIVE UP ON THIS MOP IT IS A GREAT MOP!!!!

I have had this for a month or two and LOVE it! I have had no problems with the sprayer or handle and I hope it stays that way!! Though I think the scrubber part doesn't work that well. I really like how its not disposable. I don't have to keep buying solution or the pads. I had a Swiffer and it broke very quickly. I replaced it with a mop that's kinda like this with the microfiber pad but it comes with a bucket and the head folds in half and fits in a slot to wring it out. I haven't seen it on the shelf so when I saw this I thought I'd give it a try since my other one is starting to deteriorate.(had it for at least five years with 4 kids and 2 dogs)
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this mop about a month ago and I use it everyday, I have 2 little ones and cats. I am so happy that I can use my own cleaner and not have to worry about running out of heads!!!

I used this mop and LOVED it for over a year. Mop is still in great condition , the removable pads are in great condition. The issue is over time the O Ring has worn out and without it working properly the suction on the bottle isn't working. I've looked for replacements washer/ORings and can't find the due to the unusual shape which matches the bottle.

The O-rings located on the mop bottle are not available for replacement individually; however, the mop bottle can be replaced. The #1M18 Reveal Mop Bottle is available separately at WalMart, Target, The Home Depot, Meijer, and Menards.

I've now owned two of these and both fell apart while in use. I love the fact that it spins on a dime and maneuvers great around and under furniture but the actual plastic it's made from does not stand up. It's advertised as being durable. I disagree.
