Nice concept, but flawed design

I'm sorry, but as much as I'd like to love this product, I can't.
The first one I bought had an o-ring which broke. resulting in excessive leakage. The next one had a small rubbery part on the inside cap break into pieces, again, resulting in the cleaning solution leaking out completely. Either I am the unluckiest shopper, or the R&D team hasn't been doing their homework.

trigger no good

I have purchased two reveal mops and both triggers only worked for about 5 uses. Other than that, I like how well it cleans the floors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need Improvement

I Love the fact that I can use my own cleaning solution; however, the product is poor quality. Out of the blue, it just stops spraying. I have bought three over last three years and I only use it about 6 times a year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sprayer doesnt always work and handle broke

I bought this when they first came out. And use it all the time really like it. the sprayer how ever doesn't always work. Then the other day the handle to the spray broke. And broke my finger nail with the force of the brake. I don't now if I would recommend this product.

LOVE IT, BUT...

I have owned my mop for a year and used it at least once a day! Great for little messes that the kids make too.
Best part about it is that you can put your own enexpensive cleaning solution in it and save SO much money! I did have a few times where it would stick but a few sprays or adding hot water in it fixed it right up!
My only REAL issue with this mop, is that after owning it for so long, one day I was scrubbing a tough spot on the floor and my handle snapped in half! Now I need a new one :(

Extremely poor performance!

Within the past year I have bough two of these Reveal Spray Mops and am extremely disappointed. The first one broke after approximately 5 months and the second one broke after approximately 3 months of usage. The handle mechanism that you operate to allow the mop to spray the cleaning liquid/water mix or just plain water stops working and the spray does as well. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone. They are a BIG waste of money.

stopped spraying

this mop worked fine until today and it won't spray. The spray mechanism works but the water will not come out of the bottle--I think the bottle top has stopped working-disappointed because use a lot of Rubbermaid products.
