Don't waste your $$

I have purchased 3 of these mops in the past 1.5 years each one breaking at the handle. Should have learned after the first 2 but I just loved its ease of use so much. I'll be going back to carrying my spray bottle and a basic microfiber mop. Too bad b/c its such a great idea

poor absorbency

Mop head does not carry enough of the washing solution after spraying and mopping the floor. It will only hold about one half a container of cleaning solution, the deposits dirty water back on the floor, takes forever to dry and it's dirty water that redeposits dirt on the drying floor. Even stopping and removing the mop and wringing it out is not a good solution. Very disappointed. Swiffer here I come ...again!!

Great But...

I really liked the mop-felt it was very effective on my laminate floors and easy to use. But within 4 months the sprayer has stopped working and no apparent way to fix it. It has a 1 year warranty-I have sent in my receipt to costumer service and hope to have it replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had the Swiffer Wet Jet...which stopped working after just a few uses...was way to flimsy...and took forever to clean with. I was at the store to get another one and the Reveal (silly name) was thankfully right next to it. I love that it has twice the cleaning surface, is WAY sturdier and swivels WAY more easily. I LOVE the wash and reuse pad, and the refillable bottle. I use vinegar-based homemade cleaners, so it is perfect for me. To think I was going to give the Wet Jet another try. So glad I found this mop...this is a stellar product! I've already recommended it to others!

Best buy mop

Absolutely love this mop. The fact you can use what you want to clean the floor is just what I needed as I use white vinegar/water on the floors. It is well worth the cost as this is so versatile in what you use to clean and the fact that the mop head is washable! I have recommended this to all my friends as the best mop ever.

Reusable cleaning pad, disposable mop

I have purchased two of these mops over the past year. The handle on the first one broke after about three months of use. Since I really liked the features of this mop, I purchased another, and I rationalized that it was probably designed with a 5'4' 110 lb user in mind, rather than someone who is 6'4" and 210 lbs. With the second one, I was more careful with the pressure I used when mopping, and I have had no problem with the handle; however, again, after about 3 months the spray mechanism no longer works. So I ask, what good is a reusable mopping pad, when the mop itself has to be discarded after 3 months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent product with one major problem

I've owned my Reveal Spray Mop for about one year and I've been very impressed. The design is superb, easy to use, does what it's suppose to do (clean floors) without having to get on your hands and knees, the easy to attach washable mop is durable, and my hardwood floors look fantastic. I use a premixed hardwood floor cleaner (Bona) and never have any clogging up of the spray mechanism. The one major problem ....... the handle broke off the other day. Seems to be a reoccurring issue in the on-line reviews. Rubbermaid, in your next redesign of this product, focus on a more durable handle attachment to the wand, even if you have to charge a little more, and you'll have a close to perfect product second to none.

Not a money pit

I bought this mopping system about 4 months ago and I love that it doesn't need special chemicals. That you can mix your own cleaner for this mop. It doesn't require batteries and the mop heads can be washed about 100 times before it needs replacing. I love this thing.
