Reveal mop

I liked this mop this was my second one BUT the first one broke, send for a second and this one broke also, you cannot push down to scrub a dirt spot hard, it breaks right at the top of the mop, my husband tried to fix it but it is plastic, I was very upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's is the best mop I have ever had. It is so easy to use my 10 yr old niece begs me to mop my kitchen floor every time she comes over. I love the fact that I can use whatever cleaner in it. I make my own with vinegar and dish detergent. Cleans my floor easily and effortlessly! No complaints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke within 4 months

As far as the way the mop performs is great. Extra Pads and bottles are expensive but worth it. I was really happy with it till today when it just broke in half and parts went flying all over my house. I was scrubbing a spot and the neck where the swivel head attaches let loose and now i am left with a mess and nothing to clean but get down on my old hands and knees. What a joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great idea but bad execution

I have used this spray mop for about a year now, about once a week. I find the spray weak and the mechanism that pumps the spray works about 70% of the time. I have resorted to using a spray bottle to wet the floor.
If made better and of better materials I would buy one again but as it is now I can't recommend the product.

Do not buy this mop

We've had 2 of these mops and after about 3 months the mops quits spraying out soulution, so the mop is useless!! This mop is clearly not made for somone who cleans their house on a regular basis. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE!!!!!!!!!!!

We do apologize that you are having trouble with your Reveal Mops. Some tricks for use:
1. Run the tip of the bottle under warm water for up to a minute before inserting into the mop.
2. Fill the bottle with hot water and place it back on the mop. Once the bottle is clicked into the mop, you may need to "prime" the mop by pulling the trigger to pump the water through several times to remove any clog.

I like this product very much . I find the spray feature works very well everytime. I do not have to wait for it to work. My boyfriend in kentucky has one of these also.. He loves his very much . It is great on his hardwood floors.

Love the product, but not durable

I purchased this mop over the summer, and it failed on me a short while ago. The plastic place where the mop head attaches to the handle broke off, and now the mop will not stay together. For the cost of this mop, it certainly should last longer. Not to mention the fact that I have purchased multiple pads and extra bottles to go along with it. I do, however, love the idea of the mop and that I am able to use my own cleaning products with it. That is the reason for my original purchase. I would purchase this again, assuming that the design flaw is fixed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

2nd Reveal Mop-- Disappointed : (

I have purchased two Reveal mops, each lasting about 3 months. The first mop's trigger/handle mechanism broke, but I really like the idea of using my own cleaning solutions--so, I bought another one. I've had the second mop an even shorter amount of time and the bottom plastic piece that holds the mop pad just came off. I thought it had just "come apart", so I went to put it back together and I saw a plastic "thingy" had snapped off on the inside of the tube-- no way to fix that. At this price, these mops should last longer than that, not to mention the $ I'm out from buying extra bottles (to hold different cleaning solutions) and extra pads. I usually like Rubbermaid products, so I think it must just be a glitch with this mop
