Very Disappointing!

I have had this spray mop for less than a year, used regularly, but not excessively. It no longer sprays, and began to stop spraying for about 2 months. Regret buying it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do apologize that you are having trouble with your Reveal Mop. Some tricks for use:
1. Run the tip of the bottle under warm water for up to a minute before inserting into the mop.
2. Fill the bottle with hot water and "prime" the mop by pulling the trigger 5-10 times to pump the solution through to clear any clog that may be present.
If you feel your Rubbermaid item is defective and failed shortly after purchase, we ask that you contact Rubbermaid Canada at 866-595-0525.

Works better than my previous disposable product. Purchased mainly for my wood laminate floor, but tried it on tile floors, too, & was totally sold!

Should have kept the swiffer

I bought this to save money on refills and be able to use my favorite cleaner. Had it two weeks, used it three times and the sprayer doesn't work. Now I have a spray bottle in one hand and the mop in the other. I should have kept my stiffer which I gave my neighbor. Mother warm water and priming it didn't help either, nor did customer service. I would prefer my money back
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke After One Use

I just bought this mop and used it once. It was great the first time a used it. The second attempt to use it one spray can out then the sprayer stopped working. Do not get this mop. It is defective.

Great Mop, terrible sprayer

Sadly in less than a month of use my sprayer broke...
I can believe it didn't last but a month. I really love the mop but with such terrible sprayer it is no use....
It will help if I can obtain a refund or a new mop. Either way I will be fine. This is not working for me right now....

I really liked my mop. I had it less then a month and the sprayer stopped spraying. so now i spray the my cleaning stuff on the floor and then wipe it up.

Absolutely the best

I love this mop it is the easiest, sturdiest mop I have ever used. The pads wash up nicely and having a few extras is very affordable. And the fact that you can mix your own solution make itall the better. I won't change back to any other mop!

The mop sprayer seems to be an issue. The sprayer will not work. If you get that fixed it will be a great mop!
