Love at first use...not the love has dwindled

I loved this mop the first time mopping! Now that the second one I have owned (after the first one broke) in a year has broke I am really unsure of this mop. The first time I just thought it was a fluke thing. Now I have to be on the search for a new mop and my kitchen is only half mopped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this product!

I used to use swiffer, but I've been using this product for a few weeks and I could not be happier! I love that I put my own cleaning solution in the bottle and that the pads are washable. It is very cost effective and the product works wonderfully. I haven't had any problems with the sprayer. Just the right amount of cleaner comes out over just the right distance. Love love love.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was great...until it broke!

I bought this mop only about a month ago. I was so disappointed this morning when I went to use it and the head broke off the handle. For the amount of money I paid, I expected it to last longer. I would not recommend this to anyone if Rubbermaid does not either replace the one I bought or fix it so it does not keep happening. I will say, however, I loved that I could use my own detergent and that I could re-use and wash the pad. If it had lasted longer, it had the potential for 5 stars!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good until the sprayer and trigger broke.

Bought this and within a couple months the trigger does not always work and even when it sprays it does not shoot enough to really feel like the floor is getting clean. The reusable pads are great but at this point thats it. You would be better off using a spray bottle in a separate hand. I also don't have my receipt so I am out of luck like other reviewers.

The Reveal Mop trigger should only require an easy pulling motion to spray, similar to a spray bottle. If the trigger appears to be sticking or doesn't allow you to spray more than once, please contact our Consumer Service Department at 888-895-2110 Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET.
Please note that we have found that the trigger can be delayed if the mop is clogged or if a heavy, waxy cleaner is being used. To flush the mop, fill the bottle with hot water, insert back into the mop, and pull the trigger several times to unclog.

Purchase small scrubber pad

I used the one that has been discontinued and purchased the new style with the small scrubber pad. Need a new scrubber pad, put can't find one. Why wouldn't it be included with the replacement cleaning pad?

I have used a Swiffer for several years. Second Swiffer was not as good as first. So I decided to try Reveal mop...I can use my own cleaning solution and wash the mop cover and reuse. Seems very durable. What more could a girl ask for. I love it!!

BEWARE spray goes out after 2 months

I purchase this piece of junk about 2 months ago now the spray leaks and will not spray. I purchased this because of the ability to refill with my favorite cleaner, well that works but it is not spraying BEWARE they promote this as being a good alterative to the competitor but it just does not work.
