Great Product for quick use!

I used to dread mopping. Getting a bucket of soapy water and tirelessly trying to mop up all the soap residue off my floors. Now mopping is so quick, painless, and all natural. (I use a mixture of water and apple cider vinegar to mop my entire house of hardwood floors.)I've owned this product for almost two years and it works great every time. My kids even love helping spray the solution and mopping it up! Since I have two kids and a dog, I use this product very frequently. My only complaint is that it comes with only one microfiber mop pad. After a year of use and washes in the laundry it still looks/works great. I'm actually on this site to buy a backup microfiber pad. I originally purchased my mop at a big box hardware store for half of what the website and other places sell it for. Maybe there's a difference in quality from store to store?

New & Improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this new and improved model after my poor review of the previous version. This new model has corrected the previous versions flaws by using a fixed reinforced hinge and added features like the scrub pad. Unfortunately I had purchased another brand after the previous Rubbermaid had failed me. This new Rubbermaid has now replaced all others. I prefer it to others due to the large footprint and now added scrub pad. Thank you Rubbermaid for listening to your consumers and making it right!
Now, if only it had a height adjustable handle for us taller guys to relieve back strain. Just a thought for the next revision down the road.

Great idea, love the pad, like that I can choose the solution I want to use. This won't spray at all. Returning to the store.. Bad design unless the one I purchased is broke. I think the spray should be designed better.. Put a few more cents in the design and you would have a winner.

2nd mop...

The first mop I bought of this product was great until the plastic literally snapped while mopping...I may have had that mop for a year... Thought "maybe I was a little too hard on this thing"...went And bought the 2nd mop and now the handle will only pump once and then I have to wait for the pressure to build back up to spray again...I really like this product...it works great on my vinyl floors....I just want it to work right...by the way this 2nd mop is less than 6 months old...I don't want to buy another mop!

Rubbermaid microfiber mop

Bought this mop 2 months ago and the mop broke. Loved it till it broke, now I'm looking for a new mop and it wont be yours. Also my sister and brother each bought one because I told them how great it was and theirs broke to. Would never recommend this product to anyone. Totally disappointed.

I wish I would have found the Rubbermaid Revel sooner! I have lower back pain and this helps me be able to mop my floor with ease! No lugging a bucket around, no special cleaning products to buy! I just use whatever solution I wish and clean my floors so easily! Love it so much, I bought it as gifts for other friends!

Was great until it broke!

I actually loved this product and recommended it to a lot of people. I bought extra bottles so I could have different products for different floors(hardwood/vinyl). But as I was using it this morning to clean my floor, it broke! The pole broke at the level where you insert the bottle. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth, so sad...back to regular mopping I guess.

Great idea, poor quality

I used to use the swiffer cleaners but made a move to go green and found the Reveal. After my older model broke (handle broke off), I bought one of the new designs. 3 months in and it no longer sprays due to issues with the trigger. I love this concept and the idea of making my own cleaners but am frustrated with replacing my mop every 3 months.
