Non-Scratch Scrubber Worn Out

I bought the Reveal Mop 3 years ago and it is performing well but the non-scratch scrubber is worn out. Can you supply me with a replacement please?

Love it, but can’t buy replacement parts

I’ve had this mop for a year, it’s great, I love it! Sadly, the bottle broke and I can’t get a replacement bottle without spending more then a new mop!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Drippy!

We purchased this mop within this past year. At first it worked perfectly but lately the the spray mechanism seems to be clogged and it drips constantly from the holder. Having to hand spray my floor and then mop is not what we paid for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Breaks easily

I bought this mop about a year ago. I thought it was great and a very durable mop. I loved the feature of being able to fill the solution yourself verses having to purchase the name brand. I was using it this morning and the tabs that hold the head in place broke. I guess I should of researched prior to purchase. I cannot get a replacement head so now another piece added to the landfill:( I will not be purchasing another one. Will look to a more robust one with replacement parts available.

Love it, but there are issues

I used to love this mop. So much so that I got my sister and mom to both buy one as well. Mine no longer sprays and the bottle is all sucked in in the middle. I used to be able to unscrew the cap to fix that issue, but it gets annoying after a while. That no longer works either now though. I truly loved this option over the swiffer, but they definitely need to work out the kinks on this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Little mop

I lost the tiny white cap that is on the inside of the lid to the bottle. It plug a hole in the lid.Can I purchase another one or even a new cap for the bottle? I think this is why everyone is having a problem with them leaking. Luckily i bought two bottles so as soon as mine started leaking I was immediately able to look in the second cap and see what the problem was.

Good but not durable

I had several cheaper wet mops before this ones and they didn't last. So I decided to spend more money (double what I paid before) and bought a name brand! Pay for what you get, and a name brand. Thought a sure winner!
Wrong! It performed great for months then had trouble with it spraying, and now it leaks if I have it in any position other than vertical.
Very disappointed! It didn't even have heavy use, which the cheaper ones had!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WORST MOP EVER

I BOUGHT THIS MOP AND USED IT ABOUT TWO WEEKS BEFORE IT CLOGGED SO BAD IT WOULD NOT SPRAY. I HAVE TRIED TO USE A STRAIGHT PIN TO UNCLOG THE SPRAYER IN CASE THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. I HAVE ONLY USED WATER AND LYSOL IN THE REUSEABLE BOTTLE SO NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. I ALWAYS USE MY WATER FILTER WATER SO IT IS NOT FROM HARD WATER. recently I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE IN HOPES THIS WOULD WORK , NOPE AGAIN WITHIN A WEEK THIS TIME IT WAS NOT SPRAYING!
