Poor quality..no durability

I was very excited to use this and pleased the first few times, but then it snapped off while scrubbing. Excuse me! It is a MOP and you SCRUB. Can't be fixed. Now out the money and need to go buy some other mop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the idea of this mop! I bought it on line before it came out in stores because I was searching for a good spray mop. I love that I can wash the pads myself (they are great quality) and that they came off/on so easily. I love that I can use my own solution. I have two big problems. 1) the spray bottle would collapse on itself and I would have to wait for it to fill with air before I could continue spraying. And 2) The Quality and durability of the handle. I'm glad others had the same problem, because I was feeling Hulkish. The housing where the handle and mop head meet snapped right in half. I had to throw the whole thing away. I haven't found a good replacement yet, so I hope Rubbermaid can fix these two issues!

I was hopeful, but...

When I saw this, I could not wait to use it. I loved it immediately. However, after a few months it would no longer spray. So now I have to carry a spray bottle around with the mop. I love how light the mop is, and the re-usable pad as well as being able to add my own cleaner. Now, I don't know wheter to throw it out or keep it, because carring a spray bottle around isn't all that easy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reveal Spray Mop - some good, some not so good

I really like this mop. Does a bang up job on vinyl plank and bamboo hardwood flooring. The reusable microfiber cloth really picks up the dirt and crud.
The mop would be much more convenient if the pump would cycle more than one time - squeeze the trigger once and the spray mechanism does not reset. I've tried flushing it with clear water with no improvement. I use a solution of vinegar and water so I don't think I'm clogging the pump mechanism.
Despite the inconvenience I continue to enjoy using this mop on a task I dislike.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I clean houses and have used numerous mops to apply hard wood cleaner. This is the best mop out there!!!! I love it!

Disappointed

I purchased this mop about three months ago and, at first I was very pleased with it. I would use the mop about three time a week, so it was not used excessively, then it began to make reeking noises. Then one day while in use the handle broke off. I must say disspite the fact the the mop did not last I love the idea.

I like this product very much . I find the spray feature works very well everytime. I do not have to wait for it to work. My boyfriend in kentucky has one of these also.. He loves his very much . It is great on his hardwood floors.

Do not buy this mop

We've had 2 of these mops and after about 3 months the mops quits spraying out soulution, so the mop is useless!! This mop is clearly not made for somone who cleans their house on a regular basis. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE!!!!!!!!!!!

We do apologize that you are having trouble with your Reveal Mops. Some tricks for use:
1. Run the tip of the bottle under warm water for up to a minute before inserting into the mop.
2. Fill the bottle with hot water and place it back on the mop. Once the bottle is clicked into the mop, you may need to "prime" the mop by pulling the trigger to pump the water through several times to remove any clog.
If you feel your Rubbermaid item is defective and failed shortly after purchase, we ask that you contact our Consumer Services Department toll free at 888-895-2110, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, M-F.
