Reveal Mop

I have used the Reveal Mop for seven months. It worked great until the handle snapped between the trigger assembly and the pole. I called Customer Service and they were fantastic. I ordered another one immediately. I did not have any issues with this product until it broke. The mop saved me time and money by being able to use my own cleaner and reusing the microfiber pads. I would like to see the microfiber pads made a little thicker to be able to handle more cleaner before becoming saturated. The mop works great and would recommend it to everyone.

good idea bad mechanics

Returning! Should have known..out of the wrapper with no instructions? So figuring out what packaging material was NOT needed for operation was a trip to the computer? The long unwieldy pole is difficult to maneuver and won't fit under most all furniture. The spray is uncontrolled and wets walls and cabinets well above floor level. There is way too much liquid left behind on the floors, leaving you know choice but to wipe dry. I am still on hands and knees, I don't need this item to complicate that. There is nothing "Better" about this, sorry.

FINALLY... A MOP THAT'S CONVENIENT TO USE!

If ya have a dog that dribbles and slobbers all over the floor, this is a "MUST HAVE." This mop is great if ya have a large area to clean. I'd go through 6 or 7 Swiffer pads at a time to wipe the entire house. This just seems so much more cost efficient and because of the size of the mop head, I get done in no time. I didn't think I'd ever be so excited about a mop.

I LOVE this product! I was spending so much with the swiffer that when I saw this I was ecstatic! It works great, the pads was easily and it has lasted great for the two years I have had it! All I can say is BUY IT!!!

Great idea - needs more work

I purchased this product approx 8 months ago. It worked great in the beginning. Then it started to have the same problem I am reading others are having. When you use it, squeezing the trigger only works some of the time, it sticks and it takes quite a long time before it will spray again. In the hopes that this was unusual, I just purchased another. The idea is great - if it only holds up to it's potential.

Great - saves time, money and helps environment

We bought a new house with a wood floor, my first wood floor. First I didn't want to buy another thing to store, but I was really hating the mop and bucket thing! I did not want a product with a disposable something that would go to the land fill - so I really like the washable pad and the refillable spray bottle. And it is so much faster than the mop and bucket. Dry time is almost nil! Yes the trigger sticks, but I have learned to take a moment and it will unstick, and is still faster than the mop and buscket. I am hoping the handle won't break, because I really love this mop and am highly recommending it!

HORRIBLE QUALITY

I bought this product & it lasted about a month before the handle broke while scrubbing. So I bought another one thinking I got a defect. This one lasted me about two months before the handle broke with gentle use. I would not recommend this product! Horrible quality!!

Unusable mop

With excitment I open the mop to use. With sadness it did not spray water. I did the things correct that you sent to a lady that had the same problem. I cannot take it back. I am out of my purchase price with a bad produt. I believe I should get a refund from rubbermaid. This leaves a bad taste in my emotions about rubbermaid.
