Needs Improvement

I love this mop…its so easy and convenient to use but I was disappointed when the handle broke off from the body…..this particular joint needs to be strengthened! I will buy another because this mop really works for me but if the same thing happens again I'll have to find something else.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mop Handle Broke

I just purchased my second reveal mop. I had purchased two additional mop pads for my mop when the mop head broke off from the handle. I was just pushing it back and forth when it came apart. The handle is metal, but the connection is plastic. The new one is made a little differently so I hope it holds up better. If not, I will not buy a third.

Not user friendly!

I have hardwood floors throughout my home and thought this would be a great products for cleaning. I am very dissatisfied with trying to use it underneath my furniture! The cleaning head constantly turns/flips around. I would not recommend nor buy this product.

Poor Durability

This is the second Reveal Spray Mop that we have had in one year. The first one the handle broke off and my wife went and got another one because she has faith the the brand. Now it leaks, I replaced the o-ring, then the sprayer stopped working. I do not know if the new and improved corrected these issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke after 2 months

I purchased this spray mop and the dispenser mechanism locked up within 2 months, now I'm off to the store to buy a new spray mop....garbage!

Easy to use..no cleaning pads to buy.

I just purchased this and I really like it. The thing is, I spend I don't know how long trying to get it to work. I finally went online to find some instructions on how to attach the bottle. [Well...I'm not a stupid person but apparently my brain did not associate that blue rubber thing as being temporary. I wish it had had instructions with it...I can't be the only one. ........] I really like being able to use my own natural, non-toxic cleaner on my floor, especially since I have a cat....and I don't have to worry about shopping for the pads like I did on the other brand I had. :)

My husband's fix to broken handle problem

Like many others, my handle stick broke off from the mop head due to the plastic tabs breaking so handle no longer fit tight into mop head. I love this mop so wasn't quite ready to give up on it. My husband just drilled a screw through the handle where the tabs used to be and it fixed it. I anticipate that this will last longer than those tabs. We also thought maybe a cotter pin could work but didn't have any of those so trying the screw first. Rubbermaid...you might want to consider something more sturdy like this on the next "new & improved." My mop is the older one without the scrubbing pad. Hope this helps those with the same problem.
