Also Broke after only 2 months

I really enjoyed this mop on my laminate floors. I wish it was built to be more durable. I was really disappointed after only 2months use, it broke!! The handle broke at the bottom making the mop garbage..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When i first got the product i liked it just the thought of not having to buy refills like swiffer was a plus. Couple of weeks later while i was cleaning my laminate flooring it broke where the bottom piece connects under the container. Not happy at all I had to finish moping by hand. Now I have to buy another mop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

broke too soon

Love using this product. Makes clean-up easy, the re-usable pad is easily washed and line dried and being able to use my own cleaning solution allows for versatility in cleaning different surfaces.. I use my reveal mop daily, nevertheless I was disappointed that after only 3 months the front assembly broke off at the joint. I did go ahead and bought another unit because I do like using it, but would not do so again should this also break as quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Once I got it to work

I followed all of the instructions on priming the sprayer but after 25 to 30 trigger pulls I was still shooting blanks. I noticed that reservoir was leaking a little bit to. I again primed the sprayer and pumped it another 20 or 30 times, still shooting blanks! I left it standing upright and walked away. After 5 to 10 minutes I came back, pulled the trigger and voila, it started to spray. Once I got it working it took no time to clean my floors. Love the size of the pad, and the swivel capabilities. One huge drawback is the amount of cleaning solution that leaks! The top part of the pad holder was soaking wet , not to mention that the floor was getting more wet than needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful mop, pay attention to instructions!

Cleans wonderfully, really like being able to use own cleaner and not waste money on that other mop's liquid and pads. This is my second Reveal, the handle on my first one snapped, but great customer service...I received a replacement. However, if you want to remain happy with the mop, pay attention to the instructions! Rinse out the bottle cap each time and clear the sprayer (without bottle) to remove residue of the cleaning solution. Will keep spray working well!

I couldn't wait to get this mop, I love rubermaid products! Well, I wish I left it on the shelfish, when I used the spray instead of going on the floor it went all over the top of the mop and after only one use the handle broke! Now I need to go find another mop, very unhappy!

Perfect mop for me!

I love this mop. I usually clean my floor on my hands and knees. I got this mop because I though the pad and swivel head would allow me to clean as throughly and with as much pressure as I do on my hands and knees. I found this to be true, and the spray nozzle was a bonus! This works perfect on my laminate hardwood floor because I can control the amount of moisture I put on it. I really do love this mop and would recommend it to anyone. Totally worth the price to me.
