The first one failed after about a year. Bought another one and it failed after three months! The pump failed both times.
Stay away from this product. Great idea, lousy construction.

We bought this about a month ago. Did some minor research on it before buying and read that they made some changes on it. Everyone commented to get the "New Model/Version". The easy way to tell if you are looking at a new version is if it has the scrubber on it. We purchased from the Rubbermaid site and it was delivered in 2 days! I also order 2 extra pads/covers as they are washable and this would allow us to always have a clean one available. One of our dogs slobbers everywhere after drinking and this has been a much better solution than a regular mop. I would highly recommend this product.

It really depends on your preference. However due to what I call a design flaw, the ability to use your own cleaner is limited. You can't use bleach (no, not even diluted) as a cleaner. Turns out, it causes the materials to deteriorate and break down (in my case, causing the mop not to spray). I like the convenience and the ability to re-wash the microfiber pads, and the ability to use my own cleaner in the refillable solution bottles. It also has the scrubber pad on top. I also like the availability to purchase the extra bottles and pads, as well as the duster pad, at fairly low prices. It cleans well and is decently priced, I wish the materials were better quality. Customer service was great, and fixed my problem at no cost to me even though the damage was caused by user error. Therefore, I have to say I will continue to use this product, hopefully I can avoid any further damage by avoiding bleach.

Works fine, except the spray function stopped working a few months after we bought the mop. Cheaply made, I guess.

Great mop, only lasted a year...

I really love this mop and the fact that I can refill the bottle with my own cleaner. Lately we've had to use it quite a bit with a new puppy in the house. Just when I need it most, the spray mechanism only works every few minutes. The squeeze trigger continually gets stuck in the up position and then cannot squirt out more cleaner. Very frustrating! I'm afraid I will have to order another brand. :(

faulty trigger.. any thoughts of fixing it!!!!

This is my 3rd mop... the first one worked perfectly until the shaft broke where it joins the bottle holder... I bought another to replace it... and found the trigger sticking... I went and replace it with another of the same kind... SAME PROBLEM... IF IT DOESN'T GET FIXED YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR USERS.!!!!!

new but certainly not improved

I had the original reveal mop and used it weekly for several years with zero issues. After only three uses of this "new and improved" model the spray part stopped working. I rinsed it out as instructed and it worked for about 5 minutes then stopped working again. Because of the reusable pads, I have continued to use this new model but now I am spraying the floor with a spray bottle of cleaner prior to mopping. Please fix this "new and improved" model soon or go back to the original model.

I purchased this to replace my O'Cedar spray mop that lasted for 1.5 years. I was extremely happy with it for the first two weeks. I love the wide pad and the scrubbing pad on the topside. It's downfall is that after two weeks, the trigger is no longer effective. I can get a small spray of cleaner, but then have to wait an extremely long time for it to "reload". The warranty would have been great if I had saved the receipt. Lesson learned. Back to O'Cedar I go.
