love this mop!

Great product However after a short use it snapped off right below the sprayer. Hoping rubermaid will replace it or send me parts to fix.

REVEAL WITH SCRUBBER

This is a great mop!!!!
I have had problems with it, But now it is working great!!!
The trigger was sticking!!! It would stay up so you could not use it for about 8 seconds, then it drop and you could use it again. ( AND YES I WOULD BUY ANOTHER 1 OR MORE AGAIN !!!) SOME TIMES YOU HAVE TO ( WORK) WITH THING TO MAKE THEM WORK !!! SO DONT GIVE UP ON THIS MOP IT IS A GREAT MOP!!!!

Nice Mop

I bought this mop a few months ago & love it but after several uses my trigger is sticking & seems loose. It wont let me spray more than once before it seems clogged even when I only use hot water through it. For my wood floor it has worked great but it is frustrating when it wont spray.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Idea... Awful sprayer mechaism

I have bought two of these now and the sprayer stopped working on both after a couple months. I use a mild watered down solution of Simple Green or pine sol. I would not purchase this product again until they can put a higher quality sprayer on it.

Broken handel

Bought this mop when it first came out last summer and it has been about 7 months and the handel broke. Can not find out if it has any warenty.

Bad Product - Breaks for now reason

I would not recommend this product to anyone, we just purchased this product before Christmas at the end of Oct 2013 I've used it several times for quick cleanups for major cleanups we the other mop for now. We store the mop with the broom yesterday I could hear a snapping noise near where the mop was and when I went over to see what it was that's when I noticed that the bottom part of this mop broke from the base it just snapped and no one was even using it. I find that to be very odd. I've taken pictures and have attached them. I took them on a cutting board to allow a lighter background for you to see. I would think twice before buying this mop its too expensive to be breaking for no reason. I even took off the red piece so you can see the crack better. I never contacted customer service I checked out the warranty info I'm not sure if this item is under warranty or not but the place here in Canada to go to for warranty is about 2 hours away from my house so even if it was covered under warranty I'm not going through all that trouble.
I'm disappointed since I believed that Rubbermaid is a good quality product but I think they may have dropped the ball on this one.

Won't Spray After Several Uses - Cheap!

I loved the idea of this mop because I don't like all of the disposable items with similar products but this was so cheaply made. I used it several times and it worked fine just was not made very sturdy. Now the sprayer won't spray. Do not waste your money on this product.

Too bad it broke!!!!

I recommended this product to a few friends right after I bought it. It worked great on the floors with a homemade cleaner. After a few uses the handle bar broke. That was it. It was not cheap, I was highly upset. I do not know if the one I had was defective unless that was the case I would not recommend this product until the handle bar is improved.
