Reveal Spray Mop

I have always wanted a "Swiffer Wet Jet", but did not like the chemicals in their cloths and cleaning products. With the Reveal, I can use vinegar and water, or any other eclogical, enviromentally responsible cleaning product. Thank you Rubbermaid for reading my mind and creating this great product!

I have a chronic back condition and its quite difficult when it comes to cleaning.i thought swiffer was great as opposed to what else was available.Then i discovered the rubbermaid REVEAL!!! It has made my life so much easier. The ease of using is great for anyone who has back,neck,arm,or arthritis pain.believe me,i've tried everything! The end product is streak free and you not only get to choose your cleaner,but the pad is reusable.All i can say is BUY! BUY! BUY!

Very disappointed!!! Thought it would be great but spray only worked first time. Have tried to clear but nothing works. Only way I can use this mop is to open bottle and spill solution on floor. Waste of money

We do apologize that you are having trouble with your Reveal Mop. Some tricks for use:
1. Run the tip of the bottle under warm water for up to a minute before inserting into the mop.
2. While the bottle is upside down (filled with water), push in on the nozzle to check that the water is being released.
3. Once the bottle has been clicked into the mop, you may need to "prime" the mop by pulling the trigger 20-30 times to pump the solution through.
If you feel your Rubbermaid item is defective and failed shortly after purchase, we ask that you please contact us toll free at 888-895-2110, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, M-F.

Best Mop Ever

I seriously never thought I would be excited about a mop, but this is a wonderful product! I don't have to haul around a bucket of water, I don't have to wring anything out, I don't have to buy any kind of refills - pads or special cleaning solutions, and the floor dries in a very short time! I have used it on vinyl floors with my regular cleaning product, which is always mixed in the bottle and ready to go. I'm telling all my friends about this product because of its convenience and user-friendliness! Oh, it does a great cleaning job too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product is great, I love the great extra wide pad much wider then the swiffer, worked great on my laminate kitchen floor. I have wanted one of these for some time now, they went on sale so I got it. I am so happy with it. I would highly recommend this to my best friend. And I did have some hard spots to get off, I just spayed them and came back to them and wow, they came right off.
This is the best mop ever, Good bye swiffer out in the trash you go.

Best purchase ever

I saw a commercial for this product in November 2010 and knew I would love it.It was not available in Canda yet,but we were in the States early December and I purchased the Reveal mop.
It does everything it says it does.I love that I can make my own cleaning solutions,don't have to keep on buying a cleaning product as with the Swifter Wet-Jet.I love that there are washable,removable cleaning pads,so you also don't have to buy replacement pads that you throw in the garbage.
I love that there are no batteries to replace.It leaves my hardwood floors streak free unlike my other mop.Also works great on tiled ceramic floors.It really gets the job done,is light weight and so easy to use.I have recommended this product to all my friends.I have not found anything that I don't like about the Reveal mop.Thank-you Rubbermaid for inventing a great product that saves us money,makes cleaning easier and also helps the environment!

Expected more from Rubbermaid. Love that you can use your own vinegar and water solution. BUT...that extra dust will not pick up so you have to go get it yourself after mopping (and it is stuck in the corners). The bottle falls out when you pick up the mop to pull off the pad when it gets dirty and you want to swap it out. (clip of some kind could have held it in place) And what is with the RED pad? Why not white so you can see it is clean? Arm not built very sturdy. Didn't you guys try using this? Good idea but your rush to market is NOT up to your quality for sure.. .

Broken handle

I normally love rubbermaid products but in this case it is not worth the money. I purchased one and within 2 months the handle broke. I would have purchased a replacement handle but there is not a replacement purchase.
