I recently purchased the Reveal Spray Mop. What a great day it was for my kitchen floor! I wish I'd brought it home sooner. It's extremely easy to use and does a excellent job. I used the cleaning solution recommended for my particular floor and the floor's never looked better. I'm happy to use a "green" method from Rubbermaid for cleaning my floors instead of using disposible pads like other companies require. Thank you, Rubbermaid, for helping to save the planet!

I like the spray mop a lot, but after using the product about 4 times the handle snapped off where the plastic meets the metal part of handle. I think I would buy this product again if the strength of the plastic handle is improved.

getting tired of replacing

i have gone through 3 of these mops in 2 years. i keep replacing because 1, i love the convenience, 2, like using my own safe cleaner, & 3 i have invested in extra bottles & many cloths so i can have bottles filled at the ready & always have extra cloths. but i think I'm done replacing. the trigger just decides to stop working. it doesn't start to act up it just stops. with it being a rubbermaid product, not having any electrical components & for the price i thought it would last longer then it does. i guess if you don't use often its a good product, but i use to everyday.

I used my spray mop 6 or 7 times and it just stopped spraying. I came onto this website to find a way to get help and no where can I find a way to give any feedback.
I am very unhappy cause I loved the mop the times I did work.

We do apologize that you are having trouble with your Reveal Mop. Some tricks for use:
1. Run the tip of the bottle under warm water for up to a minute before inserting into the mop. 2. Fill the bottle with hot water and "prime" the mop by pulling the trigger 5-10 times to pump the solution through to clear any clog that may be present.
If you feel your Rubbermaid item is defective and failed shortly after purchase, we ask that you contact our Consumer Services Department toll free at 888-895-2110, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, M-F.

I bought this loving the fact that it does not use batteries. Which the other brands wet mop does. After 2 uses the spray handle quit working.

Great product However after a short use it snapped off right below the sprayer. Hoping rubermaid will replace it or send me parts to fix.

Olive oil does fix broken sprayer!

I've had my mop about 3 months and the sprayer stopped working after only a few uses. I used the mop anyways, and bought a spray bottle and had to use that separately. Today I read a review that olive oil can fix the sprayer, so I thought I'd give it a try. IT WORKED!! I am so excited. The other review said to unscrew the screw near where you put the bottle in so I did that, used a baby medicine dropper to squirt some olive oil in the part where it separates and it started working right away. Disappointed in the cheap way it was made, but I do love it a lot regardless. Much easier than other wet mops.
