Reveal Mop

We have been using this mop for a number of months. We had previously used a Swiffer Wet-Jet. The reusable pad and ability to refill with our preferred cleaning solution are definitely positives. I have two problems with the unit: (1) the mop head disconnects at the swivel joint. I can re-attach it, but it is annonying. I am planning on drilling it out and putting in a bolt. (2) After squeezing the trigger, the unit does not immediately release the vacuum. I must wait for up to 30 sec. for the trigger to again be usable. I have tried cleaning the nozzle, but to no avail. This is VERY annoying and results in the job taking significantly longer than it should. I also feel that I am not applying as much cleaning solution as I would like.
Overall, great concept, but it needs some additional fine-tuning.

Worst purchase ever

I purchased the reveal a few months ago. While I was cleaning my kitchen floor the mop broke apart and I was not able to put it back together because the plastic parts just broke off. I have used other products similar to the reveal and never had a problem. It seemed like a good purchase at the time, but it sure wasn't. I will go back to my original cleaning products. Also, a friend of mine bought the reveal and the same thing happened to her. You need to improve your product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Mop Ever!

I purchased this mop to do my ceramic floors and I love it so much that I purchased another one for my hardwood floors - that way I don't have to bother switching solutions for the floor I'm doing. The mop is very sturdy and the fiber pad really does pick up a lot of dirt. I swept the floor first and when I mopped it even more pet hair, dust was picked up. This really is a great mop.

This is a quality product and works just like they say it does. I like the convenience of the Swiffer-type mops but I do not want the chemicals in my home. This is a perfect solution!

I have fibromyalgia and have to mop/clean sitting on a chair. this mop is sooo easy to use, so lightweight and does a marvelous job. Thank you.

Overall I feel in love with the Reveal Mop until three months later it broke. I initially had a steamer and stopped using it because I love the mop better. Now I am back to the steamer. Please work on making it more durable and of a better quality. Would love to have another better one.

My sister purchased a Reveal Spray Mop last year, and her & myself (sister) love washing the floor now! Where as she always had a sponge mop which didn't clean VERY WELL, sponge mops leave streaks everywhere & really pushs some of the dirt on floor, to the base of the wall. We love the way the system of the mop works, as well as being able to take the mop pad off after each use and throw the pad thru the washer and dryer. This is so much better! You start washing the floor with a clean pad every time you want to clean the floors. This is another great product made by Rubbermaid. You will be happy to own a Rubbermaid Reveal Spray Mop!

My wood floor has been subjected to 8 puppies and a ton of newspaper ink for weeks! Tired of spray bottles,paper towels & asking kids for help? This mop is easy to set up-use & clean-with no back strain. Definitely Recommend!
