Great crockpot

I love this crock pot , 4stars is because i can not figure out on this website how to order a replacement lid .. my lid shattered due to my kid but i would love to just buy a new lid not a new pot
I would recommend this to a friend!

Used this for the first time and handle fell apart. Burned my hand getting the lid off. Cheap screws holding the handle. Never buy this!!! Burned my hand.c

Nice product

Bought this for my daughter who used it very seldom as she has moved a lot and it has mostly been in storage. She really liked it when she did use it but unfortunately the crock has a hairline crack. Is there a way to purchase a replacement crock?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features-lid handle broke after three uses

This beautiful slow cooker does an awesome job of cooking, and looks great in my kitchen. I have only used it three times, and when I went to remove the lid to check my food, I noticed the handle felt very loose. Thankfully, I laid the lid on the countertop just as the handle fell off, and the lid fell less than one inch to the countertop! Apparently, the handle was overtightened to the point of almost breaking when it was constructed, because the minimal use it has had did not cause this.
I would recommend this to a friend!
