The unit is easy to assemble. In my first use it did a great job on some wayward branches. Cut them like butter. Even fully extended I feel like I'm in complete control of the saw. I used it for perhaps 15 minutes and battery is still showing 4 out of 4 energy level. I'm very impressed with the saw so far.

I was looking for an inexpensive pole saw and have not been disappointed. It’s as lightweight as it can be and have all the power to cut through a 6-7” diameter branch. I got a lot done in 3 hrs and the battery was still at 3 bars out of 6.

I bought this so that I could trim my palm trees. It’s exactly what I was hoping for, and it worked perfectly. I would recommend this. I also like the fact that it’s telescopic and therefore don’t have pieces that I could misplace. The battery allows more time than needed on a single charge

I purchased this product 4 months ago. I have used it for short and long duration working on tree limbs around the house and limbs hanging over fence row in my pasture. This saw is really handy for trimming limbs on trees near the house and to lift the canopy of trees in the yard. Limbs of 3- 4 inch diameter are not a problem. These were done in about one hour duration a couple of days. The fence row was done in about 2 hour duration on two occasions. the first day was a little tough. I am almost 85 years old and it took me a little more time to make any real headway. It was a little awkward/heavy at first, but after I handled it a bit, I felt pretty comfortable and made good use of my time. Sent email to company with concerns about charging/battery. Got good response from them. Battery and charger work great (once I did it correctly). I have been getting at least 2 plus hours on a
charge. Really am satisfied with this battery run saw. Good purchase.

I really hate your product, just kidding I was like a kid with a new toy. I cut trees for 20 minutes so nice and easy, but I pulled bush for an hour to the burn area. Differently a buy

Purchased this tool this morning at 11am after my craftsman chain saw broke down. Charged the battery while having brunch with my family. So started working at noon by 1:30pm had cut down 80 feet of cedar hedge. Great tool works flawlessly. Put it together in 10 minutes. Don’t forget to buy your chainsaw oil.

I got this as a gift and at first I was disappointed with it. The box was cut open and tapped back together, and very badly. I contacted the company and they replaced it right away, which changed this to 5 star. I haven't had a chance to use yet but can't wait. We get windy storms here so it will be used alot. It was a little heavy for me being a short small person, but my husband will be using it.
