This my first Herman production bought. Good quality and made well. Also, love all the accessories that was included with this ice cream make. I have another ice cream maker that need ice and salt in the outer bucket and takes a lot longer to make.

It was going well until the part that holds the paddle to the lid broke off a small piece of plastic and ended up in the icecream. It chipped my wife's tooth and now the paddle doesn't hold as well and falls out.

I love I can mak ice cream without having to buy ice nor add a bunch of salt and I can make ice cream with allulose instead of sugar!

An ice cream maker that isn't just a frozen bucket

I like the idea that it's more than just a bucket you froze in your freezer. It's aesthetically please and not too big for all the refrigeration components built into it.
