We received this as a Christmas gift. Its is pretty easy to use however our first time using it today the clip that holds the mixing paddle broke off and now it won't hold the paddle so it's now unusable. Hopefully we can find the replacement part we need and get it working again.

Great ice cream maker

I received this ice cream maker as a Christmas gift and I immediately hooked it up and started making ice cream. It's so great I didn't need ice or salt and most of eezerall I didn't have to freeze a container for 24hrs. The best of them all is there is no cleanup after I made a batch of ice cream, just pull the container out pop the lid on and right in th freezer. The only thing I needed to clean was the paddle. I would recommend this ice cream maker to anyone that's looking for a simpler want to make ice cream

Very easy to use. The plastic utensils that come with it are a bit flimsy, but the machine itself is fantastic and we've enjoyed what we've made so far!
