Just started my first batch of vanilla (no egg). Of course, I used the best ingredients! Very easy to mix and start in the machine.

Good product but poor paddle design

The maker does a nice job but the paddle attachment breaks easily. Poor design. I’m on my second unit in less than 4 months.
