Great Ice Cream Maker

I think the Chefman Ice Cream maker is very easy to use and the ice cream it makes is delicious and creamy. I am pleased with my purchase so far. My only concern is that some of the fixings are plastic and I hope they stand up to the use.

This was my first experience and the product is already broken.

I'm pretty unhappy right now. One of the parts is already damaged after just one use. See attached photo that shows one side of the churning paddle's plastic mounting base has snapped off. I actually found it in my first bowl of ice cream--which I fortunately did not swallow--but at the time was not sure where it had come from. We figured it out the next day. I'd very much like a replacement part as it is affecting the machine's ability to make ice cream.
