The plastic permeated tab broke and I bit into it. Going to request replacement.

Defective

A small tab that holds the paddle in place is missing from the easy-view transparent lid so the paddle falls out. Makes a mess.
Other than that it works well and I would be happy if you replace the easy-view transparent lid

Easy to use but bad lid material

It’s easy to use but the clip on the transparent lid that locks the paddle broke so the paddle is loose. It must be a design or material issue and there’s no place to get a replacement. The machine is only a little more than a month old. I got it for birthday from my son in February.

Very easy to use. Made simple ice cream so far and was good. Line that it has a compressor built in so I don’t have to prep stuff 24 hours in advance.
