Makes great ice cream, broke pretty quickly

I love this machine. I've made 3 batches of frozen treats - one using the recipe in the booklet for the sweet cream base and 2 flavors of frozen yogurt (again using the booklet recipe). Churns fast, easy to add mix-ins, good quality ice cream and frozen yogurt. Unfortunately, while I was enjoying a bowl of blackberry basil frozen yogurt (yum!) I encountered something harder than a blackberry seed. A plastic tab on the see-through lid broke off during churning and fell into the mix. The online support doesn't branch correctly to include support for ice cream makers and the support phone number recommends calling later in the week. Since I'd rather do today instead of putting off until tomorrow, I'm writing this review. Product does what it says it will but is - apparently - too fragile for more than 2 jobs.

Havent used it yet. Yall should ask for a review after i setup my warranty not before it. You must assume on avg that a person will use the product prior to setting up a warranty well on avg a person is stupid.

Fresh ice cream at home

I love this maker. Froglet, sorbet, ice cream. Natural ingredients no chemicals. And much less for a pint of ice cream than I was paying for! Ice cream every night!

A QR code is barely “okay” and for some folks totally worthless if they cannot access the referenced content. I find the interface to be inconsistent and connectivity sporadic and unreliable.
