[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a long-time fan of Ninja products, I was so excited to receive the Ninja Sizzle Pro XL 20-inch Indoor Griddle + Grill from Influenster—and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I already own the Ninja air fryer (which I literally use every single day), and a few other Ninja appliances, so I had high expectations—and this grill still managed to impress me.
First off, the size is perfect for families or entertaining. I used to have the smaller Ninja grill, and while it was great, this one is a huge upgrade. The XL cooking surface makes it so easy to cook for my whole family in one go—no need to batch cook or wait for space. We hosted a little get-together and made steaks, and everyone was raving. My steaks came out absolutely perfect—juicy, evenly cooked, and with that delicious charred flavor you usually only get from outdoor grilling. The new digital screen is a game-changer. I love being able to set the exact temperature—no guessing, just precise control. It makes a difference in how evenly everything cooks, and it’s especially helpful when you’re multitasking (which, let’s be real, is always when you’re a mom!).
One of my favorite things about this grill is the easy cleanup. It’s so quick to wipe down, and the nonstick surface is really durable—I’ve already used it several times and it still looks brand new. I also love that it doesn’t smoke up the house, which is super important since I live in a townhome with not a ton of ventilation. I just turn on the microwave fan, and I’m good to go. No smoke, no lingering smells—just amazing food.
This grill is versatile too. I’ve made breakfast for the whole family on it—pancakes, eggs, bacon—you name it. And it’s amazing for quick hibachi nights. It cooks everything fast, evenly, and with that nice sear that makes it feel like you’re cooking outside even when you’re not. That’s a huge win for me!
Overall, the durability, easy cleaning, versatility, precise temperature control, and incredible cooking performance make this grill 100% worth it. If you’re a busy mom like me, or you’re just looking to step up your indoor cooking game, this is a must-have in your kitchen.

The cleaning process is super easy, which is a big plus. You can tell right away that the grill has so many features. I haven’t had the chance to try them all yet, but I’m so excited to explore everything it can do! Love the splatter screen to keep from making a mess all over the kitchen. The temperature control makes it easy with the guide. Cleanup is super easy with the drip tray and removable plates!

Indoor grilling made easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle is a perfect indoor alternative when the outdoor conditions aren't ideal for grilling on my Blackstone.
Preheating the surface was quick. The temperature controls were simple and super easy to use. It maintained the temperature setting & cooked evenly over all the surface. I started out making crispy quesadillas and Big Mac tacos. I had enough space for two servings of each but still room on the surface to add more. I like that I'm able to cook on one surface and not dirty up three pans to complete the meal.
One downside to this griddle/grill is that certain oils with high smoke content are not recommended for use on it. I am a little disappointed that these include olive oil, butter and cooking spray. A lot of recipes use these oils often with foods such as grilled cheese & chicken. I like that the instructions specify temperature ranges for certain food categories which takes the guessing out of grilling.
The overall construction of this griddle is sturdy, well built and durable. Although effective, the lid could be a little heavier. The cooking surface of both the grill and griddle was nonstick and smooth. Each grilling surface detaches making it very easy to clean with gentle scrubbing on the areas of food residue.
Overall, I highly recommend this griddle/grill! I will be making breakfast next round!
