Good Cup of Coffee...but Defective!

Not a big fan of dark coffee but was surprised at the flavor and smoothness of Tully's Italian Roast. Unfortunately, as described in other reviews, the last 2 of 3 k-cups were defective and the seal broke. Glad I only bought a sample pack!
Pros: Smooth Taste, Pleasing Roast

cups leak

I have used six boxes (24 count) and most of the seals leak in my Keurig brewer, leaving me a pleasant tasting cup of grounds, a mess to clean out of my brewer, and occasionally off of my counter top. I love this brew, hate the mess, and will not order it again. I am looking for other companies for a good Italian Roast.
Pros: My favorite flavor
Cons: Grounds in my coffee, Seals burst in Keurig, Mess to clean up, Grounds burst out

Loved every sip

What a great way to wake up your senses in the morning. I tend to love deeper roasted coffee, but sometimes find it tastes a bit burnt and the acidity will be terrible. I was surprised when I had my first cup of this blend and had neither of those problems.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

Defective K-cups

This was first time I bought Tully's Italian Roast. The flavor was good, however, the majority of K-cups were defective. While brewing, the coffee would seep out of the K-cup holder. No other brand of K-cups had this problem.
Cons: K-cups were defective

Bland and watery

I wish Keurig would make a coffee with bold flavor. I'm beginning to regret buying my coffee maker.

Good coffee/bad quality control

This is one of my favorite K-cups, bold but not bitter, even flavor. Since it's an extra bold I can make a larger cup (14 oz.) and enjoy on my morning commute. However, the last two boxes I've ordered had bad seals on more than half of the k-cups. Keurig has provided superb customer service and has graciously sent me email coupons/codes for replacements. I guess I'll have to find another bold coffee until they get this problem fixed... but how will we know when it's safe to order it again???

couldn't get them to brew right!

i love the italian flavor, but when i got my large box they would not brew right. maybe 1 out of 5 was actually the way it was supposed to, have bought in store and had no problems, is the only reason it did not get a 5.

Tully's has the best coffee and absolutely the worst K cups. They leak in the brewer leaving grounds in the machine, in your cup and on the counter top.
