I was looking for a strong favored coffee and I found it with this Italian Roast by Tully. "Extra Bold" is the perfect name. Some strong coffees have a bitterness but not this one. Cream and sugar don't diminish the full flavor. Love it! If you are looking for a strong coffee without the bitterness this is it.

I have used this brand for years, no matter how many other brands, flavors, strengths I use, I always stay true to this one as a Keeper. It is never bitter, it hits the spot. I use dairy and it never tastes watered down...love it.
Pros: Smooth, Mellow

This is a great morning pick-me-up coffee. It's never bitter, and can stand up well if you wanted to add cream or sweetener - excellent coffee!

Best of the Italian Roasts

This has become a new favorite in our house. It is bold not bitter. My wife does not generally favor the bolder blends but finds this so delicious that she prefers it over old, milder, standbys. We tried several Italian roast blends and found this to be the most pleasing. A good introduction to a bolder cup.
