Tip has a stopper that has to be removed to begin use.

They are ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Find variety of colors, they can bleed a bid, but as long as you let it dry for a few seconds, it will dry out good. The colors are quite stand out vibrant the group to hold our sturdy. They are pretty well to have just fun for any fun activity you may want to do with them.
