As part of a cat rescue group, I use these notebooks as a permanent record of medical and behavioral problems encountered and their solutions. I want the notebooks to last a long time. Hence, I have carefully avoided notebooks with perforations built in. Unfortunately, this practice of perforations has gradually taken over the industry. Unable to find perforation-less notebooks in stores now, I tried the web. Figuring that a part number was sacrosanct, I ordered the exact part number I had always treasured (06622); the description never mentioned the perforations. Yet, that P/N is now perforated. My rating of "3" is an average of a "5" for the quality of the product (despite the perforations) and a "1" for the inaccurate and misleading online description of a 2017 06622 notebook. Last year I accidentally left my current notebook on the roof of my car. I recovered it from the road after God knows how many cars ran over it. It was a little mangled, but still usable; and none of the sheets had been lost. I have no confidence that a perforated style notebook would fare as well.
Pros: Bright White, Professional Quality, Quality Writing Surface, Well Built / Quality
Cons: perforations allow too easy sheet removal
