A solid selection

This is a solid selection if you're looking for a french roast. Good taste, bold, stands up to creamers and sugar, and smells amazing. Smooth, but beware of coffee breath.

French Roast trial and error

While we ONLY drink French Roast, we have tried EVERY French Roast KCup made. Tully is still our favorite. It has a complete and complex flavor that stands up to creamer. Before we bought a Keurig, we used a French press and Starbucks French Roast made very strong. My only wish would for any Kcup to be much stronger.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast
Cons: Not Enough Flavor

I may sound a bit biased being a native Seattleite; yet since I have tried several brands, in my humble opinion, Tulleys French Roast Blend is the hit, the bomb or whatever else they say these days. Whenever I have any other blend, be it a Tullys blend or another brand, there is nothing like the taste of their French Roast; it is like coming home

Decent cup

The aroma and taste were very nice. Maybe a bit on the light side in terms of bite but that's coming from someone who typically leans towards the bold, dark roast end of the spectrum. For this type of roast I thought it was good.

I usually like French Roast coffee, but I don't like the taste of this one.
Pros: BOLD
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste

What I Need to Get Me Going

This is the K-Cup I go to if I want something a bit darker and stronger than what I typically drink in the morning. One thing I love with this (and the rest of the Tully's K-Cups that I've tried) is its extremely smooth texture (even despite being a bit darker than I'm used to). The flavor, texture, and aroma are all there, but the one complaint I have is that it's very acidic. It has a bit of a sharpness that I felt couldn't be left out of the review. Overall, it's a great K-Cup that keeps me coming back on those slow mornings.

Rich Flavor

I found the flavor in Tully's French Roast to be rich and deep. It doesn't matter if you are brewing a coffee cup or a travel mug, the richness of the flavor remains. This is a winner!
