A pleasant experience

I found this flavor to be pretty much the same as the Italian Roast; maybe slightly more bitter, but again not objectionable. I like strong coffees and the French Roast I found goes better with regular meals than the Italian Roast. Both are good for that lazy afternoon drink.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Roast, Smooth Taste, Not Bitter, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

Too bitter for me

This so far has been my favorite K-cup. I like bold coffee and this one is just right for me. I am sad that I did not order more of it!

If you are the kind of person who likes a stronger tasting cup of coffee, then this coffee is for you. It's bold, not watered down like some of the k cups are on the larger cup settings. My pantry looks like a keurig store, but I keep coming back to this one over and over. Great in the decaf version too.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma

Too Smokey and Bitter

I found this coffee to be very smokey and bitter. I usually love all types of coffee, especially dark and bold types but this one was just too much. That being said, I did drink it all so I can't give it a terrible rating. I would not buy more of this one.

Bitter!!

Not for me, however I brew all of my coffee over ice. Might be better if you drink it hot??

I just bought my first Keurig a week ago and have been trying all the coffees that I ordered. Now, I am a tried-and-true Starbucks gal. I love a strong, rich, bold cup of coffee! This coffee is not rick and pleasant. To me, it was too acidic and just ok. I'm still searching for a replacement for that super-bold cup that I used to brew in my little Mr. Coffee maker.

Not my favorite

I usually love French roast, but not this one. While it wasn't terrible, its aftertaste was too strong and bitter. So I'll keep looking for a better French roast.
