This coffee is so bitter and has a horrible aftertaste.

I like bold strong coffe and I even like some French Roasts. But this was something else. As soon as it started brewing it gave off a nasty almost fishy odor. Still I thought, well I bought it so I'd try it...big mistake. Yes I know many French Roasts have a smokey and even acidic taste and I usually don't mind it. But this was, well, just nasty. I couldn't finish the cup. Thank goodness it was in a sampler box I bought so I only had to throw a few away. Maybe I got a bad batch, I did check the expiration date which was fine, but I won't try again.

After-taste of charcoal

I got this product when I bought the Keurig Brewer. I love coffee and mostly like a light roast but to me, this one had a bad after-taste of plain charcoal. The overall flavor was great though.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Burnt, bitter taste

This coffee was bitter and left a bad aftertaste. I couldn't improve the flavor, even when I added a lot of extra sugar and milk.

Doesn't taste right

If you like strong coffee I suggest Green Mountain Dark Magic and Newman's Own Extra Bold. Tully's French Roast just doesn't taste right to me.

Bold Taste, Great Flavor

Leaky k-cups

Tully'S k-cups leak. about 50% of cups leak, other brands do not. Keurig even sent me a new brewer thinking it was my brewer, but it is the k-cups.

I'm reviewing the 80 cup package I bought- I have bought smaller boxes, and actually enjoy this coffee very much, so I though 'Hey, great, a value package!' Wrong. It is "value" priced because none of the cups are sealed properly!!! Coffee and grounds leak out of the tops of the unsealed cups. Guess that's why they're cheaper, but they are all unusable. And of course there are no returns on cups. Great. Considering switching back to my old fashioned coffee pot!!!
