It's a nice cup of coffee

I love coffee. I even roast my own beans. To me, coffee must have an even flavor and a fragrant bouquet. Tully's French Roast fits both. It's not acidic or sour tasting. Not too strong, not too weak. It's stronger than Columbian, and not as harsh or overbearing as some African blends I've had. It compares favorably to Ethiopian blends I've enjoyed. To me, it's a fine daily cup of coffee.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Pleasing Roast, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma, Balanced Acidity, Not Bitter
I would recommend this to a friend!

Strong Enough For Me

This coffee was strong enough to fill even that largest 16 oz. mug I own. I brewed the small size and then the large in the same cup to fill it up. The flavor is strong and bold like a cup of coffee should be. If you like a rich blend you really should try this one.
Pros: Not Bitter, Very Tasty, Pleasing Roast, Smooth Taste, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
I would recommend this to a friend!

The French may be too Bold

I enjoyed the sharp bite taste of the french roast, however, my mouth is left with an acidy aftertaste and that same bite afterwards. I have the distinct feeling that I may have a sour "coffee breath" smell/taste all day. I would have to say that it is not my favorite due to the bitter and sour aftertaste.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Bite, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
Cons: Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Aftertaste
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am super picky about my coffee. I like bold, dark roasts with lots of flavor and aroma, smooth finish and minus the burned and bitter aftertaste. My favorite coffee on the go is a good, solid cup of dark brew from Starbucks with a splash of milk. I prefer it to the frilly flavored lattes and mochas. I also like Starbucks regular brewed coffee at home. However, I was very dissapointed with the Starbucks K-cups. Not strong enough and dissapointing flavor. I then tried numerous Bold coffee K-cups. Runners up Dark Magic and Barista Prima IR and FR were good but still missing something. Tully's French Roat hit the spot. It tastes and smells like my coffee should and I enjoy each and every cup.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Not Bitter, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

One word: Blecch. No offense to anyone, just not for someone who likes light and medium roasts, like I do. Didn't notice the "Extra Bold" on the label. BIG mistake!!!
Cons: Bitter Bitter Bitter
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
