This coffee is so bitter and has a horrible aftertaste.

Poor Taste Lately

This was a great and flavorable coffee in my past orders but recent shipments have improper sealing resulting in a very old stale coffe taste. Proven by visual inspection of cups where each cup cover was flat to sunken in appearance rather than slightly domed indicating a tight seal.
Pros: Was good and flavorable
Cons: K cups not sealed well, Unpleasant Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE the taste of this coffee but am getting increasingly frustrated with the poor quality of the K-Cup itself. It leaks, causes problems with the Keurig coffee maker, and I've had to call customer service twice now for help. My partner uses a different brand of K-Cup and his don't cause any problems at all, it's just this X-Bold French Roast of any that I've tried. Seems to me if Tully wants to continue selling their product, they'd fix the problem. I hate to have to go to a different coffee but I'm tired of cleaning up the mess the Tully K-Cup leaves.

I love this coffee. I've tried Green Mountain (abhor) and Jet Fuel; this surpasses them by far. It is what it says; bold, powerful, intense, European, and best of all, decadent. It is not for the faint of heart. I drink the medium size coffee, straight-up black, everyday and will never change. PS I love coffee.

A little burnt taste, but a good cup.

This is a average cup of french roast. I tend to agree with others that it does have a litte burnt taste to it but it is not a bad cup. I would buy again but I will try other french roast before I do. It does have a strong aftertaste but so do many full bodied coffees I have tried.
