Dual Conversion 208V *AND* 120V Outputs!

Noting what the other reviewer stated regarding the maximum input voltage for the step-down transformer included with this system (208V MAX), this is still the least expensive way to achieve DOUBLE CONVERSION topology with both 208V *and* 120V outputs! This is a great package for most users.

This UPS is awesome. With Hot-swap user replaceable batteries, the LCD interface that provides easy access for configuration and monitoring of the equipment. I would highly recommend that everyone recommends this product to their customers and for yourself!

One of the Most Advanced 1kVA Rack Mount UPSes

This is absolutely the most inexpensive way to obtain (the rack mount version of) one of S-E / APC's latest generation of UPSes. Advanced features such as "Enhanced Intelligent Battery Management" and "Graphical LCD" with multicolor LED backlighting make this UPS extremely easy to live with. Also, greatly extended run time is available with optional additional battery packs. This model also corrects one of worst problems of some older UPSes: It has the ability to immediately protect equipment when power returns after a complete discharge of the battery. Make sure you consider this UPS if you want the most advanced model available.
Pros: Ease of Management, High Quality, High Confidence Level in 24/7 Uptime

The Best 120V UPS Available?

This is likely the BEST APC UPS that you can buy, provided you have a 30A, 120V (that you use to connect the L5-30P input plug) receptacle available. An advanced LCD with 3 color backlighting for warning of error conditions, intelligent battery management (with temperature compensated charging) and “automatic restart of loads after UPS shutdown” and dual conversion operation are advanced features rarely seen at this price point. Check this one out; you will not be sorry!
