Saw works well, only complaint is the chain lube leaks out. Other than that works as designed

Seems to be a good saw

Just bought this saw. Pretty easy to start.
I needed to adjust the high side of the carb. Wouldn't run smooth.
Don't know if there is an adjustment for the bar oil. This saw pumps a lot of bar oil out. Should be leaving a light coat of oil. This saw leaves a puddle of oil the length of the bar. The clutch area is soaked.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just bought a Senix 18" 4 stroke chainsaw. I fell in love with it the moment I started it. It's so quiet and runs at a low rpm. It is the longest I have ever run a saw on one tank of gas. Plenty of power and went through big wood with ease. Great features like auto choke and compression release. The filling ports are well placed. The on off switch is momentary so you can't forget if it's off or on when starting. My pull starter handle exploded the second time I tried to start it. The plastic gets brittle in the cold weather. I refit it with a cheap replacement handle and it works fine.

The first time I tried to start this saw the pull cord handle exploded in my hand. Good thing I was wearing gloves because it would have cut my hand. I have 7 chainsaws so I borrowed a handle from another saw. After starting the saw I was completely impressed. It cut wood beautifully and at such a low rpm. This saw runs longer on a tank of gas than any other saw I have ever used. When warm it starts with one pull. Seems so far to come with a well made chain. The saw is rather light for a 4 stroke.

Better than anything in its price range. Not as goon proof as a two stroke saw but just as good as anything I’ve tried in the similar power range. No issues with needing tuning or anything. Solid and reliable. Weight is good for me and maneuverability was above par.

CS4QL-L1 - Fast became my Go-To choice for cutting
on October 7, 2023

Great tool for the occasional user. Just grab, Gas, top bar oil and go. Easy to start and once warm it usually starts on the 1st half pull. Runs lower rpm's than a 2 stroke, but has excellent torque to keep it spinning in the wood. Surprisingly excellent Fuel economy. A few tank fills will get you through the toughest task.
Keep up with the maintenance and it should last the average home owner for years.
*Only run Non-Ethanol Gas and drain/change the Crank case oil after every few Gallons of gas. Use a good full synthetic motor oil.
This should be the #1 choice in Senix 4-stroke Gas Saws, not the smaller 46cc.
* I personally have 8 different Chainsaws, (5) Gas, (2) 80v, (1) Electric.
The CS4QL-L1 Quickly became my Go-To Saw and has seen a lot of action over the last year. It has handled limbs to 10"+ as well as Trunks to 20"+ and just kept going.
Mine now needs a couple of wear parts to get it back into service. Hoping Senix can help this 70yr old make that happen.(nice Birthday present 10/14 - lol)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good, lightweight chainsaw. Overall easy to use but does give a kickback after starting. Easy to maneuver and haven't had any problems with it. Seems to get the job done quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good affordable chainsaw.
