I got this 3 months ago and the back brakes don’t work and the motor gets to hot and stops working it sucks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super fun bike!

We've had this bike for around 5 ish years and it surprisingly still works, whole family can ride it. Only issue was the brakes and the battery went bad about a year after we bought it and the parts are not cheap.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought the MX650 for my daughters 11th birthday and she absolutely loves it!! Plenty of power that her dad and I road around on it. Short enough for her age and lighter weight than a Honda 50 it works perfect for my daughter to start riding!

Great Bike.
Easy to upgrade / modify to accommodate for older and heavier rider. Videos step by step on you tube.
My bike has an upgraded 1800 watt brushless motor. Upgraded speed controller and full throttle.
Shock , Chain, Handle Bars, hand guards and 4 new 12v 15ah batteries.
Topped off with a paint job and motor cross decals.
30+mph.

Fast and fun but can be dangerous

You have to assemble the front wheel and handle bars . Be sure to put those two little spacers between the wheel and the forks , if you don't the wheel will wabble just enough to bind the disk break and crash the bike straight to the ground . I got slammed about six times before I figured it out . I guess you could say I was a crash dummy ! Be careful guys .

These things are overbuilt because Razor knows people are going to modify them to make more power and go faster. They are excellent dirt bikes.
