Did not include a user manual so you must go to internet or YouTube to learn how to scroll, for example . Back of unit says 12 month warranty, but asus says only 9 months. Had to keep shutting down during startup due to endless “wait” loop. After 5 tries it finally continued. Has decent size screen but everything comes up as if on an iPad. Must continually zoom to 125%. Should have spent a little more for a better unit. May return it.

Seemed like a good Chromebook I had it for 3 days then the screen went white then black. Had to send it to ASUS for repair. They have it longer than I had it

I do not like not having a touch screen, and esp with messenger it blacks out on me at times and when it does this the letter being typed seems to stick or just keeps going til I stop it.

The Chromebook is great and I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the difficulty operating the finger pad. I'm accustomed to using a mouse and therefore, I'm struggling to become comfortable with the pad.

I am really enjoying the Asus Chromebook. I like the large screen, and how easy it is to use,I thought it was going to be hard to use, because i was use to a touch screen. but after a few attempt of touching my screen, lol I have been just great.

ONLY complaint: there is NO LIP TO HELP OPEN and the flat edge is a challenge. Otherwise wonderful. A longer warranty than 3 months would be great. My last Asus was 3 years.

Nice Chromebook and quick response when browsing websites. Very good battery life and display quality is nice. However this is not a touch screen as I have read in some reviews. I use this for my internet radio station. I would recommend this Asus Chromebook.
