We have the doorbell hardwired so don’t need to worry about batteries. We had the handyman set it up and it worked easily. I feel like I tried every setting and still can’t get consistent rfeedback at night. Because the doorbell - when there is not an event- records periodically someone can walk by and it is not recorded or triggered. But when it does work it is awesome. And I have avoided a lot of random sales people!

I absolutely love my Ring Video Doorbell! Installation was super simple, and the app walks you through every step. The video quality is crystal clear both day and night and the motion detection is spot on. I get real-time alerts straight to my phone, so I always know who's at my door, whether I'm home or away.
One of my favorite features is the two way audio. I can speak to delivery drivers or visitors without having to open the door. Plus, the sleek bronze finish adds a modern, stylish touch to my front entrance.

I've been using the Ring Battery Doorbell (3rd Generation) for a while now, and overall, I'm quite happy with it. The installation was simple, and since it's battery-powered, I didn't have to worry about wiring. The video quality is clear, both during the day and at night with the night vision feature. I really like the real-time notifications and the ability to speak to visitors through the two-way audio. The battery life is decent, but it does need charging every few months depending on usage. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can check my front door anytime from my phone. Definitely a solid choice for home security.

Very easy to connect, it is the best doorbell we could have bought since, it has a camera so there we can see who is the person who is playing, it connects from the ring application you just have to download it on your phone if the battery has lasted more than two years that we have it, super recommended
